Measure your advertising space

Use this checklist to collect the basic details buyers need before approving creative or booking a placement.

Measure width and height

Measure the visible advertising area in feet or inches. For windows, measure only the usable display area.

Note the placement location

Describe where the ad would appear: front window, wall near entrance, counter, waiting area, vehicle side, event booth, or screen.

Take photos

Capture the space straight-on, from the surrounding area, and from the customer or pedestrian viewpoint.

Identify restrictions

Note limits on materials, install method, hours, brand categories, creative approval, or landlord requirements.
